| Czudec Parish is also Sanktuarium Matki Bozej Laskawej - Matki Pocieszenia. Settlement of the area began in 1264. The parish dates back to 1326 and the town was chartered in 1427. In 1890, Czudec was in the administrative district of Strzyzow as well as Strzyzow township (gmina). Jewish residents of the villages worshipped in Czudec. No Greek Catholics were recorded as residents. |
