Manor House in Niwiska

.

This parish dates back to 1593 when Zofia Tarnowska funded the building of its first church.

In 1890, Niwiska and its adjacent villages were in the Kolbuszowa administrative district and Kolbuszowa township (gmina). Jewish residents worshipped in Kolbuszowa. No Greek Catholic were counted among its residents.

The exception was the small portion of Dobrynin served by the parish. Dobrynin was in the Mielec administrative district and Mielec township. Jewish residents of Dobrynin worshipped in Mielec.
