In 1900, Kobylany Parish and its villages were in the Krosno administrative district and Dukla township (except for Makowiska which was in Jaslo administrative district and Zmogrod township). Jewish residents worshipped at Krosno (except for those in Markowiska who worshipped in Zmigrod Nowy). No Greek Catholics were recorded as residents.
